Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the job characteristics of teachers in technical educational institutions in Telangana. Data has been collected from 300 teacher respondents from various technical educational institutions in three districts of Telangana such as Warangal, Karimnagar and Khammam. For the data collection questionnaire was designed by using Likert five point scale.
