Abstract
Companies take essential steps to better the environment, encourage sustainable development goals by their operational projects under Corporate Social Responsibility. CSR discourse Philanthropic, ethical and economic responsibility of companies. This paper is intent to examine, CSR initiatives impact on Global Governance through globalizing status quo of social and environment dimension. Additionally, CSR emanates transparency, responsibility, value link for business which encompasses global governance across the world. Furthermore, illustrate the corporate social responsibility preposition with Public Sector Enterprises in India, that helps aligning the perspective of global governance, including last five years data of overall CSR spending of companies, this data specifically highlight Public Sector Enterprise Contribution. PSUs measure the data of Maharatna and Navratna. Moreover, this study based on empirical research that depict yearly spending of CSR under the different parameters related to environment, education, health awareness; however, data of every Maharatna & Navratna are not mentioned as for that year it will add in next; this facet is arduous to reflect conclusive result at some extent, however other companies constructing exclusive amount of profit to design CSR activities. This paper also estimates CSR industry wise contribution and influencing their ethical duties to increase their horizon of global governance.
