Evaluation of Science Textbook of Class Viii of Jammu And Kashmir State Board of School Education On The Basis Of Responses of Students

Abstract

The present study is related with the, “Evaluation of Science Textbook of Class VIII of J & K State Board of School Education on the basis of Responses of Students”. The study was conducted on 500 Students which were randomly selected from four districts of South Kashmir namely Anantnag, Kulgam, Shopian and Pulwama which were selected from different private and government schools of district Anantnag, Kulgam, Shopian and Pulwama of Jammu and Kashmir. Gender equality was maintained where ever possible. Respondents were selected from diverse socio- economic status. Opinionnaire scale developed by the researcher was used for knowing the responses of students.
