Abstract
As we teachers enter or continue our career, there are two opposite aspects we have to integrate; teaching and learning. A known composite teacher must keep on learning while teaching. Whatever knowledge and skills we are having about teaching; it should always be supplemented with the learning side of teacher also. It may include developing new effective instructional methods, teaching with technology and creating integration with maximum students. As it has been observed that more and more students are getting enrolled in colleges now than ever before and it is quite obvious to think that most of the students are not as ready and prepared as per our mighty expectations. Nearly all institutions are suffering from the same issue and in order to deal with it now the teachers need to reshape their mentality about how and ‘’how not they should teach’’, in order to justify the drastically changing needs of beginners.
