IMPROVING PROFESSIONAL STABILITY TO THE PEDAGOGIC
ACTIVITY

Annotation: One of the most important pedagogical conditions for the
formation of the teacher-communication culture. Educational rights include
the science curriculum included in the curriculum, and the content and the
communicative aspects of the teaching methodology. Preparing for future
professional activity is primarily based on the content of psychological,
pedagogical and methodological subjects.
Keywords: education, pedagogical sciences, pedagogical skills, pedagogical

Improving future specialist in educational system is implemented
significantly. There is dynamic changeable socio-cultural situation in the
society. In that case, dependency gives an opportunity to gain necessary
knowledge according to the practice and types of skills, to the function of
specialist. To train specialists and make trainings have suitable features:
-to have methodical preparation in teacher's right;
-to prepare pedagogical staff in order to improve the problem legally and
psychologically;
-to work at educational and legal departments.

To use their knowledge fully in order to prepare professional teachers in the
future they should use all the capacity of practical and theoretical
opportunities.
Connection- is a psychological model of doing assimilation and finds the
relations of members' positions and inappropriate temperament of the results
of the communication. Young students easily comprehend this general
knowledge.
Students are main symbols of the bright future. This is carried out relating to
subjects.
Learning psychological and pedagogical sciences organize the position and
communication ability of the future teachers. For this, they have to learn
special curriculum of the speech technology in the faculty, obtain
communication culture, rhetoric and oratorioligy (such as, "Technology of
mental work creation", "Interactive forms of learning", "Communication
culture and professional ethics").
Every young boy and girl, who dedicated to be a professional specialist
should act suitably for the prestige of the society, is ready barriers that approach at
work and the life. Has ability to improve them at any condition in order to qualify
for a high level teacher. It is not enough just now who you are. Thus, you must try
to do your best, try to eliminate defects of characters, gain necessary and new
features for the life, especially they have to improve themselves professionally and
pedagogically. The role of pedagogical abilities, talents among students is a natural
phenomenon but sometimes the role of self-education and self-confident is omitted
in the work conditions.

Furthermore, some authors mentioned that (Grishin D.M., Kan-kalik V,A.,
Nikandrov N.D., Ruvinskiy L.I.), the contribution of human potential power is so
wonderful that it can demonstrate their simple and middle abilities, full range of
professional, pedagogical skills.
Famous Russian teacher N.S. Makarenko said about the professional
improvement that “I have not pedagogical skill. I did nothing pedagogy about I
came ... but I knew. I turned out to be a teacher for myself. Every person that may
help, he work independently he will be a boss on me.” (Makarenko AS: 7t, M.,
1958. T. 4. S. 490).
When a nineteen-year-boy Tolstoy spoke about the specific role of self- education, he wrote that: “I have got three main defects: Character, inconvenience
and laziness, of course, I must recover them. So, I follow these three of them”.
Tolstoy had not studied in the countryside university for two years and produced
legal, medical, lingual, agricultural, mathematical, geographical, historical and
statistical subjects’ curriculum to study. He created rules for improving himself.
“Every morning necessary deals that you have to do all day and be prepare for
them. The rules enhance the intelligence because critical thinking set the will and
determination. If you begin to do something, go straight at the end of it. If you
really begin this work, you have to tempt to use your all ability and power. Every
thought which comes your mind is compared with your fundamental knowledge.
Look through causes and results of every event”. (Lev Tolstoy)
We can give many examples from history. It is possible to achieve high
ranks with the help of civilization in spheres that ancestors were reached.
University student may firstly, come across strange and unusual situation in there.
He might feel independent in school. Not everybody can understand this condition
